I made my son a pair for his mario theme picture day and he Loves these shorts! They go for dryer to wear everytime!!! He's asked for a while line of them and they are now a wardrobe staple in this house.
I modified this shorts pattern to a single color and turned it into a longer pants. The pattern was easy to follow and modify.

Easy pattern however the sew along really helped clarify part of the construction. Paired with the tank top for a great outfit for my grandson. I like quick and easy patterns that look good!

My kiddos all needed summer shorts and Be Active git the bill! Bonus: This is a great pattern for scrapbusting with the triangle accents on the legs. A tester mentioned they used woven fabric there, and I had to try out. Forest pattern in my picture is cotton woven!

Super cute pattern and such an easy sew. I took off about 3 inches from the in-seam to make basketball shorts for my daughter and they came out great.

Does the Be Active shorts have a pocket option?
Hi there!! How did I not add pockets to this pattern!? You can add pockets using one of our other side seam pocket and sew it just 1/2" down from the top of the shorts waist at the sides.
