Our Ellie & Mac Rewards Program allows you to earn points on every purchase! You can redeem your points for a one-time use coupon code that you apply at checkout when placing an order.

🎁 Earning Points

There are two ways to earn points:

  1. Shop with us – For every $1 you spend, you earn 1 point.

  2. Refer a friend – Share your referral link! If your friend places their first order of $25 or more, they’ll get $5 off, and you’ll earn a $5 coupon for your next purchase.

💎 Redeeming Points

You’ll receive a one-time use coupon code that must be used in a single order. The coupon cannot be split across multiple orders, and any remaining balance cannot be carried over.

Reward Levels:

  • 100 points = $5 off

  • 200 points = $12 off

  • 300 points = $20 off

  • 500 points = $40 off

🧵 Steps to Redeem Points

Option 1:

  1. Log in to your Ellie & Mac account (or create one if you don’t have one yet).

  2. Add products to your cart and go to checkout.

  3. Select your coupon code amount from the “Redeem Your Points” widget.

  4. Click “Redeem.”

Option 2:

  1. Log in to your Ellie & Mac account.

  2. Click the Rewards link here, or in the menu at the top of your screen.

  3. Click Ways to Redeem.

  4. Drag the slider to select the amount of points you’d like to redeem.

  5. Copy your personal coupon code, and paste it in the “Gift card or discount code” box at checkout. Click “Apply” and complete your order.

👯 Referral Program

  1. Log in to your Ellie & Mac account.

  2. Click the Rewards link here, or in the menu at the top of your screen.

  3. Scroll down to Refer Your Friends and copy your personal referral link.

  4. Share your link! Your friend gets $5 off their first order of $25 or more, and after their order is complete, you’ll earn a $5 coupon too.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Coupon codes cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions.

  • Coupon codes are one-time use only. Any remaining balance cannot be used.

  • Coupon codes do not expire.

  • Referral rewards are valid for first-time customers only. Multiple signups, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent activity may result in forfeiture of rewards.
