Very cool swirling dress! I sewed it in lycra for my dance class.

This is a fabulous pattern. Easy to follow and beautiful. I made one and it was a bit tight, but was going to wear it to a function that was called off last minute, which made me sad because I was feeling confident in this top, so I came home and made a second one, sized up , of course. I’ve gotten so many compliments on it and it makes me feel like a million bucks.

This was my third item of clothing that I’ve sewn! It was not hard. Instructions are very clear and the dress came out as I expected. I love it ❤️ I can see more Be Confidents in my future

This pattern was easy to put together. I sewed it up in a lovely lavendar, purple and white floral i had it my stash. I added a White stretch lace ruffle at the bottom and made the sleeves a 3/4 length. It made a lovely more feminine top. the only con I had and it could of been my fabric as it was so stretchy was the arm holes. For me as a middle aged woman I didn't want the arm holes to be so big. So the next one I make I will downsize the arm hole. thanks for a great pattern. I would recommend this pattern to anyone who likes cold shoulder and feminine looks.
So this would be my second time (and after years) sewing from Ellie & Mac pattern and I quite don't know if the 1/4" sewing allowance is included in the pattern or if it's just a recommendation? I usually sew from pattern without sewing allowance so I can adjust it according to the fabric so this confused me a bit :D
