It's quick and easy to sew, but looks more complicated. It's so cute and unique. You are going to love it!

This PDF sewing pattern comes in sizes 6 months - big kid 14.

Fabric Recommendation:

This top is designed to be made using four-way, 50% stretch knit fabric.  The Flounce piece can be made using 2 or 4-way stretch knit.
