The kid's Be Adventurous Tunic pattern is whimsical and sweet! It features hi-low gathered hem, three sleeve length options and an optional sleeve flounce. You can make so many cute tops for the little one in your life using this fun, new pattern. This pattern is easy to sew and good for beginners. Knit fabrics are required for all parts except the skirt. Skirt can be made with woven fabrics if desired. Knit Fabric examples include but are not limited to: Brushed Polyester, Cotton Lycra, and 4-way Jersey.

This PDF sewing pattern comes in sizes 6 months up to big kid 12.
Fabric Recommendation:
This pattern was designed to be made using knit fabrics such as double brushed poly, scuba, liverpool, stretch velvet, stretch lace, cotton lycra and other lightweight 2-4 way stretch knits. The skirt pieces can be made using cotton woven fabrics if desired.

I used only the top part and sleeves to made a shirt without the ruffled bottom Paired it with pants . I really liked the look of the curved front and the back being longer My granddaughter looks so adorable in it with lots of compliments TY

Be Adventurous Tunic Pattern (kid's)
I actually made this pattern three times. The first one ended up being too small which was my fault in choosing the wrong size and the next two sewed up lovely. Were a good fit. Just changed the sleeves to straight instead of flared and measured for the extra length needed. I embroidered the Peppa pig on front for her Peppa pig themed third birthday party.
I had a few issues with printing the pattern until I printed through Adobe. Then it all worked out. Great communication from the Owner and Designer. All sewn up for my Granddaughter Sophie. I was so impressed with the design I purchased the Adults design and for the first time made myself a very flattering top using the same Liverpool crepe Ted Baker style. Also just finished another child’s tunic made in Scuba. Another first for me. Turned out beautiful. Well done Ellie and Mac.
