This super twirly upcycled dress PDF sewing pattern is stunning and so much fun to wear. You can either use a t-shirt with your favorite characters or knit fabric and applique it up for the ultimate glam design! The top has adorable ruffled sleeves in either short or long sleeve options. Add a hood if you dare, twisted or rounded options are included. The double ruffled twirl skirt not only look awesome, but twirls out completely!
