The Glam It Up Top Pattern is definitely a must have for any ruffle loving little girl!! It features short or long sleeve options with an optional triple flounce.  The ruffle skirt can be done in two versions.  Full ruffle version or less full version.  

Sizes 6-12 months up to big girl 12

This pattern is designed to be made using knit fabrics for the neckline, bodices and sleeves.  Ruffles and connectors can be made using cotton woven, specialty or knit fabrics.
