It can be made dressy or casual.  It features short straps sewn into the front and back bodice and longer straps that tie behind the neck.  The back has several rows of elastic that create a shirred look without the hassle.

This pattern is designed to be made with cotton woven or knits fabrics.  You can even combine them if desired. Fabrics to consider may include but are not limited to: Cotton lycra, stretch lace, Rayon Spandex, Techno Crepe, and various cottons.
