Omg love this Gathered Tankini so much with on me next time I will omit shelf bra, find I don't really need it. But the look of it I'm seriously in love with. Lol see for yourself.
I have only just returned to sewing and so I did question my own sanity trying to tackle swimwear. However the clarity of the instructions combined with the YouTube video made it relatively easy. I followed Diana’s suggestion and teamed the top with urban leggings and I love it. I’ve now made two and I’m sure there will be more.

I had been looking for a pattern just like this for a pinterest inspired swimsuit. This pattern was exactly what I wanted. The directions are clear and the fit is good. It is just what I wanted.
This is the first suit I have felt comfortable wearing - everything fit perfect. I love the skirt that comes with it to either swim in or cover up afterwards, depending how I’m feeling.

I am so happy I gave this tankini a go! I love the top! It's cute fitted but not tight around my tummy! I was worried it would be to loose around the top and arms for swimming but it is taught (but not to tight)! Also don't worry if your lining is showing to the front when you sew it on, when you wear it it all pulls in how it should. This is perfect for my boating in the summer! I see many more in my future!
Made this with the help of the linked tutorial (given inside the pattern notes). Really love how this turned out and the fit is perfect!

This swimsuit pattern is fab 🤩
I like the top, it's cute & a bit loose, so nice to wear. Perfect match with the bottoms & the super cute skirt. The skirt is amazing to wear during a heatwave. Just saying 😉 Also, the bottoms are reversible! I made the liner in black swimsuit fabric that I had since forever to make bottoms, I just needed to dive into swimwear sewing 😅
This was a great pattern with easy to follow instructions and a great tutorial by Diana. Tried some new techniques. I made 3 part set, just need to be able to book a holiday now 😎
