The girls Bianca Party Dress PDF sewing Pattern features rows of fun ruffles with full twirl value! She will not only love the ruffled skirt but also the comfy knit top and ruffled sleeves. Sleeves can be done in short or 3/4 lengths. This dress makes every day feel like an occasion worth celebrating!

Pattern includes sizes for 6-12 months up to girls 12.

Options include: Short sleeve and 3/4 sleeve.
