Baby Sleeper Gown & Cap Sewing Pattern

This was super easy to make and a quick sew. I did not do the snaps.The mom-to-be LOVES the gown & matching reversible hat. It is for a boy (my only boy fabric in the stash). The tutorial is great as are the written instructions. I did try the snaps but likely need to get a different type as the ones I had weren't going through the layers of fabric. That one has turned into a baby duster lol.

I whipped this up in no time! As expected, the instructions were clear & easy to follow. Absolutely delighted with the resulting gift for my cousin's baby.

This pattern was very easy to put together and a great basic to add some extra detail. I cut off the length and added a ruffle for a super cute dress for my granddaughter!

My Grandson is dew in a few days 3 week’s early and will be a premature size as his placenta isn’t working as it should.
So I made these slightly smaller than the normal size.
I’m sure I’ll be making more as he grows 🥰

This was the first baby item I've ever sewn. It was so cute! I gifted it to a family friend for their baby girl. Now, I have to get another done for my neighbor. The snapless version sewed up really quickly.

This pattern was super fast and easy to make. My baby is on the way but I’m sure the fit will be great. Thank for a great pattern.

I have made 3 of these sets, along with the little reversible hat. They are the cutest things! I made all 3 from jersey knit scraps I had left over from other projects. I decided not to use the snap opening as it seemed like that would take a lot more time. These were a baby shower gift and the new mom and everyone else loved them. I’m very happy.

I got this pattern so my grand daughter could make it for her pending baby brother or sister. She did everything except the neck binding.

I love this and it was so easy, especially with the video tutorial to refer to. Instructions were great. I opted to have this printed out at a local Staples rather than piecing 8.5 X 11 paper together. It turned out so cute!

This is a lovely pattern. I made the elastic bottomed version, it was simple to put together and made up beautifully. I’m just about to make another on and am going to try the version with poppers!

I used it to make my new baby niece a welcome to the world outfit. An easy straight forward sew.

This is my favorite pattern to make as a gift for new babies. It is so quick and easy to whip up! Easy to follow pattern and instructions.

The fit is wonderful and the happy mama was very pleased that the hat would not fall over the eyes of her precious like other hats she has :)

Easy & quick pattern to follow.
I made this for my new Great Nephew & will be making another set for a new baby coming in January!
I used Fold-over-elastic at the bottom instead of casing & elastic as instructed. I chose the snap front & used different colored snaps that coordinated with the fabric.
I think a valuable option would be fold over hand cuffs to protect infants from scratching their face.
