This was such an easy quick make. I really didn’t think I would like this style on me but the pattern was on sale and I got some clearance fabric that was really cute from Joann fabrics and decided just to go for it. I love it so much. I’m 5’2” and I didn’t want to get swallowed by it so I shortened it overall by 2 inches and it’s perfect. I will be making more. Another fabulous Ellie and Mac addition to my wardrobe.

I found this top very easy to sew instructions were easy to follow. The hole top from printing pattern to finished top took me about 2.5hours. Sizing is true for my measurements.

I have seen women wearing this type of top and when I saw there was a pattern for it, I just had to get it. Very easy to make.
I did mine and I’ve got compliments every time I wear it! The only thing I would modify (for my second one) is how long the sides are in my size.
