Easy to adjust for fit

Very easy to understand where to grade and change these leggings to get the best fit. I added length to the front for my belly and added length to the shorts for a mid thigh length. Photos are before the final cut and hem on the legs

I love this pattern

I've made 3 pairs of urban legs so far.
The first two I wear under my dresses as 'chub rub' shorts and the 3rd is a simple black pair of cycling shorts.
Come autumn/winter I know I'll be making the longer length.
They sew together so quickly and even though I haven't needed to yet there are lots of instructions on how to adapt to the pattern to fit your shape.

Totally perfect

Most easy pattern and so quick to make. Love Ellie & Mac pattens this is one of those extremely quick I need a pair of leggings!
Don’t be afraid of stretch!
Now have totally unique leggings and no costly price for something different

Very quick and easy

I used my projector to cut this pattern and sewed it up in record time. I think I had to size up because the calfs were too tight in the XL and I did short cuff instead of a hem. The instructions were easy to follow. I love when people put step by step pictures im a visual learner.

Quick Cute perfect

I was scared to make leggings , I just made a pair today 1st time beyond easy. I will adjust waist to be higher but fit was spot on in length and hugging my leggs.

The comfiest leggings

Made these with leftover material and was surprised of how easy and quick they were to put together. The wide band, gradable inseam and calf allowed me to adjust my leggings just right. I have a bunch of fabrics that has been put aside to make a ton of these to get me through the winter!

Great pattern

I love this pattern the only issue I have is the waist. The waist band seems big and I have had to alter the the waist band yo fit comfortable.

Pretty good pattern

The instructions were relatively easy to follow. A small issue was when finished the waist was a few inches below where it should be even with the high waist pattern.

Urban Leg Pattern

These are so easy right from printing! Only took a couple minutes to tape them together, no cutting until you need to cut out the pattern one huge reason why I love Ellie & Mac and the best part is the fit seems to always be spot on even with kids patterns! These I made the pants version and they are so comfy it's incredible, the tutorial is step by step so easy to follow and very helpful even if your a pro!! I can't get enough patterns from here I love them all!

Love the fit. Pocket markings don’t line up with pocket size when finished. I made my own adjustments.

Finally leggings that fit

This pattern was straight forward and easy to use. It fits my body perfectly. Now I can make my own leggings using cotton spandex instead of buying the polyester leggings that pill.

Sizing off…

I was making these for my daughter who is a plus size. I sent her the sizing chart and she told me that based on the measurements given she would need an XL. I was skeptical, but did as she requested. NO WAY close to the right size. I had to make the 4XL to get the size she needed. And, yes, I did test the stretch of the fabric before I started. Fortunately, I had enough fabric to make the second pair. 😕
