This was the first item of clothing I ever made for myself, and surprisingly, it was pretty easy! I made the dress with rayon challis, and it is very light and comfortable.

Really nice pattern and easy to make
I normally makes clothes for other peoples babies but wanted to make something for myself. I chose this pattern and it was super easy to make with only 4 peices of fabric. I made the bikini length with the ruffle. I matched it with the paper bag skirt and it looks like a dress when together but both pieces can also be worn independently. I am a beginner sewing and usually use stretch fabrics so this was out of my comfort zone but I can't wait to make another.
Be Bold Top & Dress Pattern
Such a cute piece, easy to put together. I've already made it as a top with short sleeves and as a sleeveless dress with the ruffle. I'm planning to do the button down version next

The dress was easy to follow and sew but doesnt work well with DBP as I sadly discovered. Its too heavy of a fabric which pulls on the bodice. I do love my dress but need a lighter fabric

Great top and easy to sew
I made the Be Bold with a lightweight crepe. The pattern and the instructions are great and there are lots of options. I made a long sleeved dress length and will definitely make again.
Have made several tops with this pattern, being big busted I feel better in the Bardot style without a drill. I have also used the flounce from the Miami Wrap top as a hack.
Just like any other E&M patterns, this one's easy to follow and always a great fit.
Wonderful pattern and such easy instructions
Easy , clear instructions
I really love this pattern, and it is so comfortable in lightweight cotton or as my favorite in woven viscose. I made it as a tunic and as a dress, but I definitely prefer when you define the waist (probably because my bum is a quite a lot larger than my waist). I even hacked the pattern and made it as maxi dress.
This pattern was a breeze to whip up. And I'm definitely in the beginner category. The only reason I knocked off a star was because I carefully measured myself and sewed up the size to go with it and it was just too big. I ended up taking it in at the seems 2 inches per side!!!! And even though it's a woven I had no trouble getting it on and off even with taking it in. But that was an easy fix. And I get compliments all the time!
Pattern for the most part is pretty straightforward and easy to follow. The final product is beautiful on all body types. The instructions for adding the straps, however, could have better. I made this top for a customer out of state. Being that the top has elastic in it I would have like to have seen markers on the pattern of where the straps could be placed. If I made the strapless version this would definitely get a 5 star rating because the rest of the instructions were very easy to follow. With that said, this is a very lovely pattern, I definitely plan on making more.
Download was excellent so was the purchase but at the moment haven’t had time to make
