The Adult Batwing Pattern makes sewing a cute woven dress so simple!

The front and back bodices feature a v-neck design which means - no buttons or zippers are needed! A cute back tie keeps the dress in place and an elasticated waistline and dolman sleeves add to the simplicity of the pattern, but don't take away from the style.

This pattern was drafted for our Curvy Fit Size Chart that is drafted for the height of 5’5”/165.10 cm. The instructions include steps for adjusting the pattern for height differences if needed.

Fabric Recommendation:

This top is designed to be made using lightweight woven fabrics with a flowing drape.  Rayon Challis, Crepe, Cotton Lawn, and other apparel wovens like this work best.  Structured woven fabrics are not flattering on this design.
