I absolutely love this dress! The twirl factor is amazing and the wrap style bodice is not too revealing and doesn’t move with wear!
The pattern instructions as always were very clear with very clear instructions on how to lengthen the bodice for my height. I don’t usually make much for myself so I was really pleased with how this turned out. I will definitely be using this pattern again .
Loved making this dress, used spun poly for it and added 2 inches to bottom of bodice, so quick to see up and I think it looks fab when wearing, very flattering

I’ve only been sewing a short time & this was my first attempt at clothing. It was a dream! I kept expecting it to get too difficult but I kept following the simple step by step instructions & before I knew it I had made a dress. What’s more it fitted like a glove!
I made several of these for a cruise and it is now my go-to pattern. Quick and easy.
However, double check your fabric. I measured as a 2XL and ended up sizing down to the XXL - wish there was a 1XL size. Also, the half circle skirt doesn't have pockets in the instructions but it's really easy to add them - and I did to all of them because pockets.
Perfect for everyday wear!
It has easy nursing access so, I will be making plenty more!
The tres belle was a quick sew to get a nice dress. When I make again, I will add an inch to the bodice.
The thing I think I most love is that in 4-5 hours you can make this dress and look like a million bucks. Such an easy make and amazingly flattering. I have made 2 which is about 8 to few. I want all the colors. My fav is rayon/spandex and skipping the gathering on the sides of the bodice to cover the bust more. The only drawback is that It will make you want more southshore rompers ❤️

What a great dress! I've made SO many. Instructions easy to understand, pdf simple to print and the trimless pages make it easy to assemble the pattern. I love that with Ellie and Mac, you always get variations included, like the different skirt and sleeve options on this dress. The Wacky patterns are AMAZING value, too. Less than a £1 a pattern!
So so comfortable and fits really well, I have made it twice so far with the 1/2 circle skirt and there will be many more to come!
It's also a very easy pattern to follow.
