My daughter is quite the fashionista and she just loved the dramatic appearance of this pattern. I hacked it into a romper and she wears it all the time. It is a rather straightforward pattern, but the instructions are a bit jumbled and confusing.
My granddaughter picked out these two fabric when I took her to the store.
What to make🤷♀️ Well, I found the Be invincible skort pattern for a play outfit, it’s perfect. She loves it.
I had to add some elastic because the fabric I used was heavy but other than that this was a joy to make! The girls twirl when they have their outfits on!

I made one for my niece’s birthday and she loved it so much I ended up making two more, another for her and one for her older sister. The instructions were super clear and the end product was the perfect combination of princess meets tomboy-there’s nothing they can’t do in their Be Invincible skirts.
I have sewed up the Be Invincible skirt using the cascading version. I made this set with the Be The Leader top. It’s a lovely pattern, that’s easy to understand and sew.

I made this for my daughter for her back-to-school outfit and she's obsessed with it :) it was so easy and the directions are wonderful. I havent seen a pattern like this anywhere else probably because this is the only one you need ❤
A really cute skort! My granddaughter loved it. I only had one issue and that was the sizing. My granddaughter is built like a brick and has a large waist for her age. According to the sizing, my 6 year old GD should be in a 14 skort. She wears wore a 9. Other than that, it’s a great pattern that’s easy to understand and sew.
You can do so much with this pattern and different fabrics.

Took longer than I wanted it to because my daughter changed ideas on her fabric choice SEVERAL times... the pattern is fantastic, the youtube video is available for anyone unsure of any steps. This can come together in a short time and give a sense of accomplishment. If your feeling "stuck" in sewing, give this pattern a shot! Definitely recommend! Will be making several more. This pattern came together quickly and was very easy to make. This skirt was a hit and caused dancing and twirling by the recipient.
