I really enjoyed making this top (I had a few doubts as to how to assemble the flounces but followed the instructions carefully and didn’t mess it up!). I enjoy WEARING it even more! I chose a really soft flowy knit with identical right and wrong sides, I’d say that’s important as the flounce will always show bits of the wrong side as it falls naturally in a flowy position, and the breeze can flip it too. Dress it up or casual, up to you!
Finally made this today lovely pattern to follow as are the instructions... perfect
I sewed this up in a waffled sweater knit and it turned out great! I did size up one since my fabric didn't have the correct stretch. Plus, I figured I could layer under in the winter. Great pattern. Everything fit together just right. I used the projector file, but there's also print files available.
Made this for my mum she loves it found it to be a good easy sew

Liked the pattern. My only negative is that I didn’t realize that the wrong side of flounces would show, so need to use material that looks good on both sides. Also seemed to run a little small, had to size up even with stretchy material like double brushed poly. Cute style, though.
