The front and back of the skirt can be made using panels, fabric, tshirts, appliques and more. It can be taken from casual to special occasion with just a change in fabric choice.

This PDF sewing pattern comes in sizes 12 months up to big kid 12.
Fabric Recommendation:
This dress is designed to be made using knit fabrics for the bodice, neckband, and armbands. Examples may include Cotton Lycra, and spandex blends. The skirt and ruffles can be made using cotton woven or knit fabrics.
