Pattern easy to follow, the dress is really comfortable too. The only downside is two stretch fabrics tend to be a bit heavy and would have preferred it in a lighter weight fabric for summer
I made one and it’s so pretty. I didn’t make it reversible and I hacked sleeves from another Ellie and Mac pattern. I look forward to making a bunch more.
I loved this pattern. It was so easy to sew! It did fit a bit oddly around the armpit, but nothing too outrageous. I love that there are sooooo many options!

Hi!! The supplies list mentions possible serger items but then it says sewing machine but not a serger. This will be my first knitted/stretchy fabric project. Do I need to get a serger to make it?

You can make the dress with a sewing machine if you use a stretch stitch like a lightning stitch. If you can gain access to a serger and plan to sew knit fabrics often, I do recommend using a serger. It is easier, but not required.
