Nifty take on the open shoulder

I used this shirt design and added a circle skirt to make a dress for a wedding. The instructions were very clear about what to do with the binding steps (something I'm only doing for about the second time) and it came together very easily. I made the bindings out of a matching material as the skirt and it looks quite classy!

This was an easy pattern to sew up. The only thing I did differently was I added 3/8" elastic into the shoulder binding as I used DBP. I love how this fits. My husband is a fan too!😉
