Adult Cuddle Tunic & Dress Sewing Pattern

I purchased the kid’s Cuddle Tunic first and made quite a few and then decided I needed one for myself, so I grabbed the adult version as well. It’s well named—very cuddly. It’s the first thing I grab the minute it’s clean. Thank you for the great patterns!

The Adult Cuddle Tunic and Dress Pattern is wonderful! The kangaroo pocket is so easy to sew and center. It's large enough to safely hold all your treasures including a purring cat, without any treasure falling out. It is wonderfully cozy and comfy and stylish and best of all very flattering. I absolutely love my make.

I love this pattern so much I've made it twice already. It assembles so easily.

I purchased this pattern entirely to use the beautiful bishop sleeves in mashups with other pieces, but I found the top was the perfect starting point for my Halloween costume this year. This pattern is so gorgeously cozy in minky fabric.

I had been admiring this pattern for a while and bought it when it was on a special offer. I was not disappointed! It's a fabulous pattern, the style and fit are great. I have now made it 3 times and will be making it many more times

Finally got around to making this up. Made the dress version this time but will definitely be making a tunic too. It’s very straightforward to make - used the written instructions but Diana also has a video tutorial. The pocket on the front is huge - ideal for keeping your hands warm. Definitely a 👍 from me.

This is a great pattern! I used the projector file and made the dress version in sweater knit with short sleeves so I can add a cozy cardigan over top when I get cold! The instructions were fantastic. I made the size xs with no adjustments. I appreciate that there is a seam at the center back. I do have a bit of a sway back, so on my next one, I'll take it in a bit at the low back in that seam.

I've been wanting this pattern for so long, and as soon as I bought it, I had to make it! I made it wshirt length with regular sleeves. I made no adjustments and the fit is true to size according to the measurement chart. Another E&M winner 🏆

. i made dress without cowl collar, and wear scarf with it, changing colour.
i made tunic with contrast sleeve, skirt and cowl collar
i made graded hips to bust down one size . i didnt add sleeve cuffs or bottom band on dress
my fabrics are polar fleece, and angora/linen cableweave.
i think the fit is true to pattern size.
an enjoyable straightforward make.

I first saw the cuddle up tunic in a fabric group that I’m member of here in the UK… Everyone was obsessed with it making one after another… Now I know why!
Super comfortable, super easy to put together and with so many options.
I made my first out of cotton jersey and added my twist on the sleeves… first of many to come!

I have used this pattern on numerous occasions. The latest was this custom dress with fabric from Spoonflower. It's NFLD tartan and a village in NFLD.

This was one of my first sews when I was learning how to sew again. It is still one of my favourites. Such a quick easy sew and results in an INCREDIBLY flattering silhouette. So wonderful.

I made the dress length with a cowl and I love it. Great pattern with easy instructions to follow. Will be making more!

Beautiful sweater, and so easy to see! Once your fabric is cut, your have a finished garment in less than an hour. One of my favourite pieces, I have made multiple. The directions and pattern are very easy to follow!

I made 4 toiles to help with me sizing, which were very quick to make. I settled for making it like a hoodie version in Large, so its was very baggy on me in the end. I think I would of been better sticking with the Medium size and altering the arms as I found them super tight on me. Very pleased with the end result. Fabric is fleece backed jersey and cotton lycra.

This was my first time using an E&M pattern. It was so easy to print off, & the instructions were clear & straightforward to follow. Having a video tutorial was really helpful too. The only complicated part, was that I decided to recycle the fabric from a dress & jacket, which made the placement of the pattern pieces tricky & I had to add stripes to the sleeves to get the right length (it just shows how versatile & adaptable this pattern is)! I'm delighted with the results & have had lots of compliments when I've worn it.
