This is a great pattern! I used the projector file and made the dress version in sweater knit with short sleeves so I can add a cozy cardigan over top when I get cold! The instructions were fantastic. I made the size xs with no adjustments. I appreciate that there is a seam at the center back. I do have a bit of a sway back, so on my next one, I'll take it in a bit at the low back in that seam.
I've been wanting this pattern for so long, and as soon as I bought it, I had to make it! I made it wshirt length with regular sleeves. I made no adjustments and the fit is true to size according to the measurement chart. Another E&M winner 🏆
A really simple make that looks impressive. Will be making more!
Made into dresses easy pattern made one with cowl neck and bishop sleeves and one just plain neck and sleeve so comfortable. Made mine with Scuba.
Once I got the pieces traced and cut, making this tunic was a breeze! I thought the dots/lines to designate each size were so similar, I could barely tell them apart, and I ended up having to count lines and recount lines and recount lines to be sure I was doing the right one. Other than that - I thought it was very easy to make (even though I accidentally bought 2-way stretch instead of 4-way - it still turned out perfect and comfortable!)
This was easy to sew and comfortable to wear. I made a longer tunic length and the one problem I have is that the pockets catch on drawer handles and furniture. I might add a snap so the pocket doesn't gape as much.
great pattern, thank you.
good instructions too
. i made dress without cowl collar, and wear scarf with it, changing colour.
i made tunic with contrast sleeve, skirt and cowl collar
i made graded hips to bust down one size . i didnt add sleeve cuffs or bottom band on dress
my fabrics are polar fleece, and angora/linen cableweave.
i think the fit is true to pattern size.
an enjoyable straightforward make.
I enjoy making the cuddle tunic, especially in French Terry. It is roomy without being oversized, and an easy make.
I made this as a dress but added Bell sleeves and left the pocket off. Body made in jersey material and sleeves made in contrasting knit.
I first saw the cuddle up tunic in a fabric group that I’m member of here in the UK… Everyone was obsessed with it making one after another… Now I know why!
Super comfortable, super easy to put together and with so many options.
I made my first out of cotton jersey and added my twist on the sleeves… first of many to come!
Simply Amazing pattern, it is indeed like a cuddle, thanks Ellie and Mac for all your hard work to give us the perfect patterns ❤️
