I'm an advanced beginner and found this to be a project that can be easily done in a weekend. The pieces came together very well and the instructions easy to follow.
Next time I would change the following: use cotton twill tape instead of clear elastic at the waist seam, and add 1" to the bodice (yes that side-waist measurement is super important for this dress to hit at the right place).
First time making this, I did it sleeveless, made it for my DIL for her pregnancy.
I had some denim stretch jersey and wanted a sweetheart neckline dress for everyday wear. A simple tweak to the neckline was all it took, although I did also lower and straighten the waistline and added some top stitching

I loved making this dress! It was such a quick sew and I loved that I learned how to do a lined bodice! I was thinking it would be too complicated for my skill level, but E&M patterns are just so amazing - with photos and video tutorials, it’s hard to mess up!

A really simple make and such a beautiful result. Even my husband said how much he liked it without prompting lol! Love the lined bodice but one thing I will do differently next time is to baste the two bodices together after sewing the neck as my knit was slippery and was hard to keep them together when attaching the skirt and sleeves.
This was an easy to make and feels so comfortable. I really love it!

Easy to sew and lovely and comfortable. I stuck a belt on with it to suit my shape. Already planning my next one.
This is an easy and comfortable make. I did take the sides in a bit to get the fit I wanted. My sister and a friend have both requested that I make versions for them too.
This was my first attempt at sewing an outfit for an adult! The directions were super easy to follow and I had a fun time learning to sew this dress :)
Love love love this dress pattern and it has pockets 😊 easy and clear instructions, I used French terry so didn’t line the dress as would have been to heavy. Love that you can dress it up with heels or down boots

I was super excited to sew this dress up but I found that it had way too much ease built into it for my liking. I would have preferred the instructions to state how much ease is designed into the dress so I could have modified the pattern pieces before sewing it all up together as I ended up wasting fabric, which is always a shame!
I will not be sewing it again, but for a Wacky Wednesday price I’m not upset with the pattern.
