Chill Tee & Hoodie Sewing Pattern

I made this shirt for my dad and it turned out great. Here we are at the Orange Party on Holland America. He is wearing the chill tee and I am wearing the tres belle dress.

My Son loves his hoodie, it fit perfectly, he is 6ft 2" so I made the Large, the only thing i did was add 1" to the length and sleeve. A breeze to sew.

I really liked making this Chill Tee the pattern had so many options that I really liked using. I made one for my husband with short sleeves, pockets and a neckline. And 1 for my son with short sleeves, pockets and a hoodie. HE LOVES HOODIES so this was perfect. I used a few scrap fabrics and both have kind of the same colorblock fabric in the middle part but I ran out with not enough for the sleeves so I used another scrap and both of them came out soo nice.

Like all EM patterns the instructions are amazing. This is a quick and easy sew.

I made the chill tee for both my sons. I made an XL and an L. Very nice pattern to make a special tee without it beeing difficult.

Lovely to sew, I used Ponte Roma for 2 separate versions. Both Christmas presents.
I love the flexibility of the pattern & the fact that I can pick the details (lining, cuffs, pockets) to match or contrast.

Great pattern. A fast & easy sew. Gift for my son. I hope it fits & he likes it. Fingers crossed.

I loved this pattern, easy to understand and assemble, I loved the final result, I made these two tee, the same fabric on the back, different front, excellent gift for my husband 😊

This is a great option for using ends. The section sizes are very well-balanced And adapt well to two or three colours.

This made an amazing matching hoodie for my husband and son. My other half’s favourite thing to wear!

The only trouble was that hood wouldn’t print out properly no matter what I did so I had to freehand it a bit.

This was a first sew up of an E&M pattern. It was super easy to put together and with a fabulous result. Very clear instructions - I loved the photos instructions along the way and the congratulations at the end. It was also a super chill (haha) pattern to get back into knit fabrics with - since I'm usually busy sewing 50's inspired frocks.

I used some blue fabric I found at Vinnies for $3 for my toile - the only changes I need to make is to lower the neckline by 2cms so he doesn't feel like he's being strangled. (It's such an easy fix I'm calling it a win).

It's a small thing but I wish the pattern had fabric requirements in metres and sizing in centimetres. I know it's easy to work out - but it would be so, so much easier just to glance at the requirements/sizing and know exactly what I need, rather than have that extra step of converting everything before head to my fabric shop.

This is such a great pattern

So far I’ve only made the size small hoodie but it cane out fantastic. Pattern was easy to put together for the most part. Instructions were helpful and thorough. My finishing product looked exactly how I wanted.
