I made this to take on an all inclusive vacation so that it would collapse and fit in my suitcase. I added a mesh pocket on the front. Worked great. I might shorten the straps if I make it again
I loved this pattern so much, that I made another one. Very easy to sew and the tutorial is one of the best to follow.

I made this as a first projet back after 10 years of not sewing. It’s an easy project and I’ve had people ask me where I bought it. I said I sewed it!

Tote to Go Bag Pattern
We had a kitesurfing kite that was impossible to repair so I used the fabric to make a couple of tote bags. I can make at least 10 more from this kite. The pattern was fantastic. Easy to follow. I was able to make large beach bags. I love all my Ellie & Mac patterns so far. Just brilliant !
