I made the shirt versions, both with and without the cowl. Both are a quick and easy make, and with the cowl was a huge success according to my 5year old.

Quick and easy sew, cute sweater
So I'm not an experienced sewer and really wanted to have a go at making a sweatshirt with ribbing. I looked at various patterns and this one was very reasonably priced with only a few pattern pieces...and the age range covered my two grandchildren, aged 1 and 2, and also my daughter who is 13. I had some gifted fabric that was perfect for the girls next door. I was able to make two of these in no time, and the littles loved them! They’ll definitely be getting more from me!
I made the Kids Going Home tunic length for my granddaughter in a soft, warm leopard print. It went together in about 30 minutes. Such a fun project and she’s going to get a lot of wear out of it!
