This PDF girl's Be Spontaneous Dress sewing pattern is great for so many occasions! It can be made dressy or casual.  It features short straps sewn into the front and back bodice and longer straps that tie behind the neck.  The back has several rows of elastic that create a shirred look without the hassle.
