This PDF Women's Halter Maxi Top and Dress sewing pattern is great for so many occasions! It can be made dressy or casual.  It features optional side seam pockets for a great functional piece as well.  The length options are stand-alone top, mid-calf dress, and full maxi length dress.  There is also an option to use two front bodices and two front liner pieces to make a tank dress instead of a halter version.
